It’s okay.
I think it is fine. Bottle says to take on empty stomach and when I tried that I felt nauseous and threw up. So I take with food now but if I don’t have a lot of food in me I get super nauseous still. Only taking this until the thyroid glandular comes back in stock.I think it is fine.
