I love St. Johns Wort and I swear by it and always recommend it to my friends. Now I wont say that it will cure deep depression but it will alleviate some stress for mild bad moods. The place I previous bought 300 mg of St. John's Wort locally no longer carries it in anything more than 150 mg. I did not want to take two capsules when I could take only one!
