I also wanted to take the opportunity to say that I am very educated when it comes to vitamins, and alternative medicine. I had tried many different kind of vitamins, but by fair Pipping Rock is the best for me. I notice immediately if I switch to another company as I feel letargic, and in general not well. Give your Heart a treat and nourish it with COQ10. I take 100mg 2X a day.Morning and evening. Take fish oil along with this, for a extra good heart combination. I'm 65 + and retired, but do delivery work 7 days a week. I also hit the gym most every day.
